W2D2 Students need to contribute three substantive posts in this discussion by the due date indicated. The substantive posts can be any combination of responses and replies.

Total quality management is a comprehensive approach to quality with a focus on what is important to the customer. Six Sigma is an approach to improving quality and productivity through measurement and analysis. 

Six Sigma is conducted by different members of an organization based on their position and training. Six Sigma designations include; Black belts, master black belts, and green belts (text, p. 307).

Describe the responsibilities for each of the three designations

Discuss how one or more of these designations can be earned (certification to become a Black belt, Master black belt and/or green belt.
