Week 2 Discussion/ Organizational Behavior

In section 3-3 of our text book, the authors provide detailed discussions of issues such as stereotyping and the self-fulfilling prophecy.  Thinking back to your work experience, describe and analyze an experience where at least one of these concepts came into play.  You may share an experience where you were the manager, where you were being managed, or just an experience you observed.
