Well, Sepsis is when someone has a dangerous infection on a wound and there are harmful and toxins, the body responds in an aggressive way to get rid of that bacteria and or toxin, it is basically your body's immune system triggered by infection. It can Usually be treated by IV Antibiotics.

Asepsis is when you dont exhibit or are free of infection and free of your body's aggressive response to that infection. (A-sepsis) basically is the lack of sepsis.
