As a licensed daycare provider it is required to obtain knowledge on various typers of illnesses/diseases, how did obtaining this knowledge result in me performing my job better?2. Development has three domains which include psychosocial, biological and cognitive. These domains overlap and interact with each other resulting in the developmental process known as "biopsychosocial." The external (environmental) factors and internal (innate) factors/behaviors interact and form things such as personality, social skills and language. Pastor McClurkin felt that he became involved in homosexuality due to his background; he grew up in a home where there was alcoholism, physical and sexual abuse. He was raped and molested by his uncle at the age of 8 and later raped by his uncle's son. Pastor McClurkin credits coming out of the lifestyle through his relationship with Jesus Christ.
