While some production processes, such as industrial manufacturing, happen outside most people's daily experience, we are all surrounded by the almost continual distribution of various products and services. • How could the process be improved?
• How could it be more customer-focused?

• What is the layout of the process? How could it be optimized?
• What are the inputs and outputs?
