Rarely do elevator accidents occur. Review an elevator accident. You are an investigator determining the cause of the accident. Use ladder logic trouble shooting and physics (Force, mass, acceleration, distance…)   to determine the possible cause of the accident. For example, was the problem internal (processor) or was it an input/output problem.  Make sure you include trouble shooting techniques.
