In the first chapter, the authors introduce the integration of Christianity and psychology, offering the basis of comparison for Christian on what appears in the bible. In the second chapter, the authors present an overview of how Christians view a person (p. 60). The view is developed from different scriptures and their interpretation. The content presented in the other fourteen chapters is divided into five sections which represent the various categories of the psychotherapies. The first section discusses the dynamic psychologies which include the classic psycho analysis discussed in chapter three and the contemporary psycho dynamic psychotherapies discussed in chapter four.
