Writing an APA Paper on Trace EvidenceWrite a 2-3 pages paper on trace evidence based on the given crime scene scenario. It is imperative that you explain the usefulness of trace elements for forensic comparison of the crime scene, provide a detailed analysis of the trace elements left at the provided crime scene, and determine the types of fibers, paint, hair, and glass left behind. Use APA style to write your paper.

Scenario: At 3:25 p.m., police is called to a hit-and-run scene. The victim is a 17-year-old female student of George Washington High School, who was taking her usual after-school run on State Street. According to eye witnesses, the student was running south on State Street when a car that was swerving in and out of the yellow line hit her from behind. In the chaos of the incident, the driver and passenger, realizing what had just occurred and covering themselves up, ran due east, leaving the vehicle behind. On arrival at the scene, the police discover the victim is unconscious and unresponsive. On further examination, the police discover shattered glass a few feet from the victim's head from the driver side window, dark red paint across the victim's torso, black medium hair on the headrest of the vehicle on the driver's side, finer short blonde hair on the passenger side lower seat, and pink fiber on the bumper of the car from the victim's shorts. The victim is taken to Community Hospital, where she is later pronounced dead.
