(1) Explain why you chose those 2 competitors (in other words, why are they competitors

and/or models to learn from?).

(2) Specify how the competitors appear to be addressing some key external trends

(knowledge resulting from a PESTEL analysis).

(3) Compare and contrast the respective strengths and weaknesses of the competitors as

compared to your organization. A summary figure or table would be helpful.

(4) Make some propositions or recommendations about how you could differentiate your

organization and give it a competitive advantage. Your recommendations should result

from the analysis conducted in (2) and (3).
