You may be part of the "Millenial Generation" – if so, you were born between 1976-1985, and your young adulthood occurs between 1992-2015. This is a macro-level concept, the Generation. People in the Millenial Generation are assumed to share a great deal in common. Thinking about this generation, please respond to the following:

1. What are some of the problems with labeling this generation in this way?
2. Look at the list of micro-level topics on p232 and select one. Discuss how it might apply to this generation.
3. Considering Table 3.3 (p149), how would the Millenial Generation differ between the United States, a liberal market system, and Germany, a conservative welfare system? Present at least two of the life course topics listed in the left-hand column.
