2) Analysis and Evaluation: Analyze and evaluate the financial performance of the firm. Analyze and evaluate any other factors affecting the company’s strategic success and failure, such as marketing, production, management, etc. Key points to include:
a. Appropriate/relevant financial ratios.
b. References to the strategic concepts and analytical tools from the course (e.g. Porter’s five forces, Value Chain Analysis, etc.)
c. Sound evidence for your evaluation (not merely your opinion).
3) Recommendation: Provide a recommendation on what the company should do; how they will do it; and when. Your recommendation should:
