abstract algebra

Please help.  My last class to finish and I do not know how to do it.  I have used 2 different tutors and their answers were all wrong and they did not correct them.  Please do not respond to this question if you do not know how to do it or will not help to correct the answers that you give me and/or charge me for the corrections.  I am going to post the question, the answers that I gave, and then the feedback I got.  I need someone to do the corrections as mentioned above.  Thanks
