Add a one-day lag to the link between the Pour cement task (task 7) and the Frame house task (task 8) to give the cement time to dry. 11. In the top pane, in the Usage Entry table, select the fi rst resource, and then click the Go To Next Overallocation button to fi nd any overallocations. Write a brief explanation as to why this number of hours causes an overallocation for these resources. (Hint: Move the split bars as needed to view the Gantt Chart bars.) 15. Use the Resource Leveling dialog box to level the entire project. Be sure the Leveling calculations are set to Manual. 16. Close the split view, and then switch to Leveling Gantt view. Scroll to the fi rst task in the Gantt chart to view the bars, and then zoom to see the entire project. If requested by your instructor, print the Leveling Gantt Chart. On the printout, and identify which tasks were rescheduled by the leveling tool. 17. Apply the Schedule table to the Entry table, and then review the tasks for Free Slack and Total Slack.
