Compose a 750 words essay on Cells. Needs to be plagiarism free!

Cellular membrane separates the content of cell from the outer environment and fulfills the metabolism between the cell and the environment. In liquid, gelatinous cytoplasm there are organella, which are the microscopic cellular organs. Every type of organelles fulfills definite function, but in the close interaction they provide the vitality of cell. The most important organelle is nucleus that is the center of cell management. Nucleus contains genetic material- DNA. DNA contains the instructions, which define the formation and the function of all key structures (Lodish).

Cells reproduce by means of division. There are two kinds of division: mitosis is the formation of genetically homogeneous cells in all the tissues and organs. It provides the growth of organism and the replacement of battered cells by new ones. Meiosis happens only in testicles and ovaries. In this process gametal cells are formed (Maton et al).

Normal cells in the organism grow, divide and die and what is the most important this process if well-ordered. In the childhood the cells divide and grow fast. When a person is grown up, the process of division and growth is much slower and cells reproduce only in order to restore the damages and replace battered or damaged cells. “Cells share many common features, yet they can look wildly different. In fact, cells have adapted over billions of years to a wide array of environments and functional roles. Nerve cells, for example, have long, thin extensions that can reach for meters and serve to transmit signals rapidly. Closely fitting, brick-shaped plant cells have a rigid outer layer that helps provide the structural support that trees and other plants require. Long, tapered muscle cells have an intrinsic stretchiness that allows them to change length within contracting and relaxing biceps” (What Is a Cell?).

There are organisms, which consist of only one cell. They are called single-cell. More
