According to the report findings some organizations formed theories that limited the emergence and of social movements. However, the strategic organization of workers into civil right movements in periods of massive unrest gave workers a ledge over the political class who had strongly opposed the move. The main economic factor that created a revolutionary mass was a sudden increase in hardship especially for the common citizens who were literally poor. Movements were therefore formed and became very influential and significant even to the political class because they were capable of developing structural crises in social and economic institutions. As the paper declares it is clear that one of the major factor inhibiting industrial struggles was the status-consciousness and oligarchical character of workers’ organizations that were developed.&nbsp. Most of these movements were structured based on the notion that the lower classes could not mobilize masses to stand against oppression. The authorof the report was only possible to use legal talent as a supportive factor in winning court victories against segregation. Groups formed by the lower classes faced suppression or ignorance from the governing bodies including the political class. This resulted into votes becoming a decisive factor in politics and elections particularly for Jimmy Cater to the presidency.&nbsp.Apart from political marginalization, movements were formed to address economic imbalance between the leaders who were rich and the simple workers whose dedicated contribution to the economy was ignored or insufficiently rewarded.
