I am very confused in math and FSA is about to come,

If I fail Math FSA and make a lower grade level like if i was in 8th grade and I make a 7th grade level or if I was in 7th grade and make a 6th grade level or 6th grade and make a 5th grade level. Will I still make it too the next grade?

I asked my teacher and he said I should try to contact the principal tonight and he said "thats your homework" laughing.
