I need to create a business continuity plan for a small online retail business.   The Business's ISP suffered a devastated fire, so broadband services at the main site will go down for 7 days.  

So in my BCP, I want to assume that there is a secondary site to fail to.  

Can someone help me out with a template or something to go by?
