I will pay for the following essay The Hart-Rudman Report. The essay is to be 2 pages with three to five sources, with in-text citations and a reference page.

The Hart-Rudman Report was constituted in the late 1990s by the US top-level government to study major issues of National interest, mostly to do with national security, and then recommend on the way forward for the same in the 21st century (Carl, 2003). The commission came up with a report that gave various observations that were predicted to affect the US in this century.

Among the observations of the report was that there would arise a necessity to control the Middle East oil resources in the future. Further, the report predicted a resistance that would be faced by the US, which was to be both domestic and external resistance (USCNS, 1999).
