Throughout the course, use the class discussions and activities, material seen or reviewed in class, assigned readings, textbook content or other components of the course to reflect upon your learning progress - what you gained out of the course - things that struck a chord with you, things you are likely to remember and be able to apply in practical situations in your career and life. Prepare a report with specific examples of these items, the learning you obtained from them, why it is suitable for you in particular? and how you plan to apply it?
