                   Case Study II - Service Quality at the Excelsior Hotel. Pg. 79-80 OR Service Quality at Express Airlines Pg. 81-82

The Assignment:  Read case study one on page 38-39 and answer the questions.  

                            Read case study two (your choice), page(s) 79-80 or 81-82 and answer the questions.  

                            Each case study should have a minimum of one page.  

                            Please be sure to cover the talking points when answering the questions, meaning yes or no answers are not sufficient.

Acceptable Length: A minimum of one page
