Another addition to a sound presentation to coincide with the visual animations, and text would be the slide transitions, these may be modified to whatever kind of transition you would like, maybe try to use something that will grab attention to whatever kind of audience you are presenting it to. You can also modify how long it takes to transition from one slide to the next. If there is back ground music playing and how long the presentation needs to stay on each slide before transitioning to the next slide. Maybe if you have a lesser amount of text on the slide, a shorter time would be needed to stay on the slide. Sometimes, I feel like transitions are looked over and presenters simply click the mouse or arrow right button when they are ready to show the next slide. Adding a transition with timing takes less than a couple of minutes and don't worry it can be applied to all slides at the same time in order to save time.
what are your perspectives on transitions? Should you use them? Please be thorough in your responses.
