1. Download access database.
2. Follow the attached step-by-step instructions on how to combine the MPI form and the Admits form.
3. Follow the step by step instructions, when complete, take a screenshot of the form page for patient Tiffany Tyler.
4. Prepare a 300 word summary of the process to combined forms. Did you have any difficulties completing this assignment? If so, what were they?
