Think of a project that you are very familiar with.   For this project use your originality to frame the following:

1) The phases of the project life cycle

2) Under each phase conceptualize the Work Break-Down structure and the work 

packages that can be associated with that. 

3) Identify all the possible risks that you think would affect the project under each

 individual work package.

4) Analyze these risks and make a guess of the severity of each risk with regards to  

 its impact on the project.  Prioritize these risks.

5) Draw a risk matrix under each phase, in order of priority of the risks. Bring out 

the strategies that you would put up to mitigate each of the risks that you have 

identified.  Also draw up a contingency plan or plan B against each strategy.

Warning:  No Two students should have the same project.  That is each student should ensure that their project is totally different from the rest of the students in the class.  In case there is any duplication the Assignment will not be taken for valuation.
