Analyse your level of competence and authority to resolve each problem alone. Determine what kind of network you need to build. Determine who in your existing network fits the requirement and identify gaps. If you know of a person who can fill the gap write down their name and commit yourself to add item to your networks. If you cannot think of a person, write down how you will find a suitable person to join your network.
