This is a c programming and I have the 24 data in a day about pollute number. I need to create a function to find the minimum value in an array. This function will search through the data values and find the minimum value. It will print out the minimum value and the time of day that it occurred (a value between 0 and 23). This function has one argument (the array) and does not return any values. How can I do that? Thank you.
