This unit is looking at the Juvenile System from various different vantage points. Economics, education, family, etc. all impact the system and juveniles' behaviors. I would like to focus on the issue of education for this discussion. I think it impacts all of the other issues to such an extent that it is the most important. Agree or disagree with me. Do not worry about the position you take. My ego is not caught up in these discussions and I respect a well-reasoned "you are an idiot", more than a poorly reasoned "I agree with you".
