For an APA paper, do you absolutely need to have references cited in the body of the paper or can you just have one reference listed on the References Cited page at the end? In other words, I'm writing a report for a class, I am going to just use the textbook as my guide throughout my report. I don't necessarily have anything specific I am citing in the body of the report, nothing in parenthesis. However, since I need a reference page, I would like to list the textbook for the class. Will this work?
