In the Chessfield case, a whistleblower uncovered some wrongdoing at the company, including high CEO compensation and excessive risk-taking practices.  It is a common practice to establish a hotline allowing whistleblowers to report potential wrongdoing at enterprises. Do you think this is a necessary practice that should be part of ERM? What are the pros and cons of such a practice?
