Who uses/doesn't use TPM?

Who uses/doesn’t use TPM? Note: TPM is NOT used in China (which uses something called TCM – Trusted Computing Module), and Russia, as well as several former bloc countries, which I believe, but have not verified, includes Kazakhstan and Belarus.
