Your group will describe the changes the organization needs to make to meet the goal you are

working on for them.

Instructions:

• Select the change management model and justification the group will be using.

• Include a section recommending how the organization should address resistance to change.

• Prepare a preliminary report describing the changes the organization needs to make to meet the goal your group is working on.

• Prepare a one-page budget detailing the expenses and revenues needed to make the changes.

• The report should be a minimum of two pages in length, with an additional one-page budget. 

The budget should be on an Excel spreadsheet.
